There it is, the spanking new Apple iPhone 3GS. Available in 16GB and 32GB. Apple has listened a little to their customers as it now features a more usable camera with video recording/editing functionality, a digital compass and a faster CPU. As Apple was new to the mobile market they did forget to implement MMS, copy & paste, tethering, multitasking and voice commands in the first two iPhone versions. Now, these are included, out of the box, nice. The WiFi chip also has been updated and should prove to be even less power hungry. It does appear the iPhone hasn’t lost its iTunes dependecy yet which is a terrible shame and there is no Adobe Flash support yet, one can only be patient I guess, oh yes and rich as it’s slightly more expensive. Ulysse Nardin Chairman
I’m looking for a stylish simple phone that has one simple feature: I should be able to call people! Ulysse Nardin seems to be on the right track with their Chairman. I like the metal mechanical look and feel it has. Unfortunately it also sports a 5 megapixel camera and Wi-Fi which is a bit too “smart” for my liking. I’m probably not going to like the price tag either.
MS Watersports GmbH created this rather awsome contraption called the Jetlev flyer. It is a jetski like hull with a big engine, a big yellow hose and some nozzles attached to a harnas. The 155 HP version will set you back € 99,000.- but it looks like a whole lot of fun. Here’s the official site.
